Kolb plans to let head coach Andy Reid know Monday, Jan. 10, that he would like to start or else he'd like out of Philly. Kolb is under contract next season for $1.4 million while Vick is a free agent. It's expected the Eagles will put the franchise tag on Vick if there is that option in the new collective bargaining agreement.
